- A full refund will be processed for orders canceled before dispatch.
- After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, customers may initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to the return conditions outlined below.
- Delivery charges may not be refundable in some cases, such as when a buyer cancels an order after it has been dispatched or when a buyer picks up and drops off an order after the delivery partner has arrived. However, there are some cases where delivery charges are refundable, such as when a buyer cancels an order within a certain time frame.
Order Cancellation by SNIPRIX:
- SNIPRIX reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Unavailability of stock.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer details.
- Technical issues or pricing errors.
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and customers will be notified promptly.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products are eligible for return if:
- They are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- They remain unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Returns are incomplete, missing parts, or original packaging.
Shipping Charges:
- Refunds will exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to SNIPRIX. Refunds will be processed for the product amount only and will exclude shipping charges, which are non-refundable. If a product is returned, the shipping fee incurred for the original delivery will not be included in the refunded amount. Additionally, any costs related to return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- In cases where free shipping was offered as part of the order, the actual shipping cost borne by SNIPRIX will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund process while maintaining the efficiency and affordability of our shipping services.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect products only.
- Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
