- Our logistics partners, including DHL, Blue Dart, Xpressbeas, and other reputable local couriers, ensure delivery coverage across India and worldwide.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and generally range from 3 to 12 working days.
2. Domestic Orders (India)
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping is not available unless explicitly stated as part of a promotional offer on our platform.
- Shipping charges for domestic orders are calculated based on the weight of the package and will be displayed in the Price Plan section at the time of order placement.
Delivery Times:
- Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday through Friday).
- Although we make every effort to ship during holidays, deliveries on public holidays are not guaranteed.
3. International Orders
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for international orders are additional and vary based on the destination and service provider.
- We partner with reliable courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, DTDC, ICL, First Flight, and Professional Couriers to offer competitive shipping rates.
- International shipping charges are billed at actual costs determined by the third-party logistics provider.
Express Shipping:
- Requests for express shipping will incur additional charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Unavailability of Recipient:
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact them to:
- Arrange a re-delivery
- Collect the parcel from the courier’s office
- For deliveries to office locations, packages may be delivered to the security desk due to security policies. It is advisable to check with the security desk in such cases.
Unforeseen Delays:
- We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
